Admin rights in the College of Engineering

To get admin rights to a managed linux system in the College of Engineering, the computer's faculty owner (PI) must submit a Security Policy Exception Request. Note that only the official TAMU/TEES inventory owner can submit the request. Once the request is approved, TEES Security will instruct IT to grant or remove admin rights where appropriate.
